“The Next Level” Journal
A basketball training journal designed to build a plan for you to consistently work on your game, mentally and physically. A comprehensive 12-week journal to track and document your progress to move to “The Next Level”.
Fight Club Contract: A contract with yourself about your commitment and desire to improve your game.

This basketball training journal is intended to be for 90 days. If you practice 4 - 5 times a week, plus play league or pick-up games, the journal will have enough space to document your progress.

This section includes a 90 day calendar and tracker to document books, YouTube channels, Ted Talks, etc. of mindset training. The goal of this section is to help players expand their mindset and perspective on and off the court.

With social media today there are resources everywhere to find out the best techniques for any situation, drill, or move that you want to learn. We suggest selecting 3 to 5 of your favorite players and conduct research on any social media platform to find a breakdown of their skills. Even today the players themselves have videos online that explains how they practice and train. Please follow parental guidelines for any online research or social media use.
